Apperar to be the lid of a packing crate which the Van Lue Pharmacy converted into an advertising sign. A section of moulding has been added at the top. The original color of the board was black, with white lettering. The moulding is red. The underside is gray and the edges vary from gray to an orange shade depending on how much wear there is. No maker's marks, but it is stenciled: "From Thos. Cusack Co. Indianapolis Ind. To Van Lue Pharmacy Shelbyville Ind."Collection
