Has elbows resting on draped studio prop, hands clasped w/ fingers interlaced under right jaw. Wearing bracelet on each wrist. Hair is pulled back from face and hangs loose down back. Has light -colored eyes. Wearing short-sleeve garment not much detail visible. Does have lace collar. Also on front some sort of ribbon work on left shoulder, hangs behind the arm. Wearing strand of dark beads. Late 19th century. Inscription on back of mount reads: Ethel Tyner Stout.Collection
