Image of a 3 story building on S.W. corner of Shelbyville Square; ground floor has 2 stores--one on left shows dry goods on sidewalk and in doorway there are 7 people standing in front of store on right; each store front has awnings; there are 6 windows w/cornices on 2nd and 3rd floors; a man sitting in window of 2nd floor; decorated cornice on top of building; picture is mounted on a 10" x 12" pasteboard.
Written on back of mount in pencil is: "Building at SW Corner of public square and Washington St. where King's pantry is now located. The First National Bank occupied the building for a number of years. Pres. John Elliott; Vice Alfred Major: Cashier John Young in 1876.
