2 pieces of bar iron 3 1/2" apart joined by nut and bolt at top there is an iron tube between bars which bolt passes through. This arrangement is repeated 6" down from top and at bottom of tool. There is a sprocket type wheel attached between bars near the bottom. Above wheel is another piece that is cast so it has an opening to fit the sprocket teeth. One end of this piece extends through the bar iron on one side. The extension is molded to acdept another piece --probalby a crank. Used tostretch wire fences tight. This is only part of tool as there was also a set of poles needed, a chain to fit the sprockets and a crank to turn the sprocket.
