Paper label on underside gives makers, instructions for use. Base section consists of wood housing painted green with gold -color stenciling for "Bissell's/Hi/Lo Brush Control/Cyco Ball Bearings/Grand Rapids" on each side of base is set of three wheels, front and back wheel on metal rim with rubber surface. Center wheel is wood, rope-like material around outside edges for a bumper, underside has a brush and two metal doors. Green wood pole screws into pivoting wire bracket over top of base.Collection
