Description

(A) Wallet, leather-look, deep brown, fastens with two snaps. When open, has holding pouches for (B) metal syringe & four boxes which contain premeasured medicine & a sterile needle. To use, the medicine vial was placed in the open portion of the syringe & the sterile needle fastened to the syringe. Vials have not been used. One box unopened. Syringe marked: "J. B. TUBEX SYRINGE" (C) testosterone box. (D) lentopen pectianeted box. (E) wycillin suspension box (F) tetanus antitoxin box
