A document printed in grays and black which is a twelve month teaching license for Shelby County issued to Jesse Lennox; one side is signed portion of license and has "TWELVE MONTHS" Stamped on it or printed on it in blue ink; other side lists his test scores in various subjects. Bottom of one side has fine print "Wm. B. Burford, Lith. Indianapolis. Paper was in an estate the Adams & Cramer Law Firm settled so there are no signed papers. Physical Characteristics: 11 3/4" long x 8 7/8" wide unfolded
