Black, close-drawn lines span from the front to back cover. The dust jacket's back cover features more military books sold by the company, and the hardcover back is blank, save for the black lines. An advert for Gaylord pipes is nestled into the book, alongside a letter addressed simply to "Dick", with the writing of the letter torn away.Context
