sits on a coaster that measures 30" x 16 1/2" this has rollers. Has 4 legs and a handle that moves two shoe like pieces and on the bottom of these is zig-zag teeth. When these shoes move they move in a direction at each other or away. 1984.048.055"A" is a handle that allows you to adjest the size tire you shrink, the handle is 65 1/2" long and on one end almost like a mowing sickle but not as sharp.
