hammer like object, but is used to smooth out a weld on a round object. A piece is put on the anvil and where you have welded two rods together. ATHA TOOL CO CAST STEEL. put 1984.048.016 in square hole on anvil, put weld in groove, place 1984.048.014 &.015 over weld hold on place & hit with a sledge hammer, grooves must match in size.
