a flat oblong piece with a 1 inch square 1 7/8" long on back, on the front is a grooved place. Used to smooth out a weld. put 1984.048.016 - .019 in square hole on anvil, put weld in groove, place 1984.048.014 & .015 over weld, hold in place and hit with a sledge hammer, grooves must match in size.
