a hammer like object, no handle, where head should be on a regular hammer is a " V " shape that runs parallel the handle, used to stretch metal buggy rims. works with part 1984.048.021, put .021 in anvil lay rim over the lay 1984.048.020 on rim and strike with sledge hammer.
