Louis Kuhn purchased for the museum so there could be a train running during the 1984 Christmas Toy Train Show; part of a complete set known as the "Yard Boss". Underside is marked "BUCHMANN, HONG KONG" accessory for HO toy train set; 3 sided cardboard structrure with a stone foundation, a brick first floor and frame second floor and sheet metal roof; on lower story doors and window frames are trimmed in yellow and the upper story windows are trimmed in red; there is a red sigh with white lettering reading "THE POWERHOUSE" used to hide transformer;
