an o gauge track cleaning car for model railroading; betweet the tracks on the underside is a grit wheel which appears to have cleaned the track surface by abrasion; top part of the car has an orange plastic piece molded to resemble a railroad work car and has a silver colored air horn at highest point, behind this a vertical switch sticks through the housing and behind the switch is a cylindrical shaft; car has own electric motor; end with motor has metal hand rails and the coupler; opposite end has a spring powered attachment that raises and lowers and it is designed to ride on the track . sides of orange plastic piece are printed "LIONEL LINES 3927" Donor is private collector of Lionel trains and accessories, he gave duplicates from his collectionCollection
