Steel tube 15" long which has a collor at the bottom to which are attached 3 metal legs 15" high and each leg has another piece of metal attached to it which angles in and attaches to a sliding collar on the main tube; the sliding collar has a locking device; structure is designed so the legs will fold up against the main tube making it easier to transport.
