Black and white cabinet photo on ivory mount that was probably trimmed off at bottom. Image is of an unidentified female, hair parted in center and combed to back of head. Wearing pierced earrings that are large dark drops, deeply embossed pin at throat, buttons down front of dark dress, dark trim on either side of buttons, white trim on stand-up collar. At bottom of mount in gold lettering: "King St. West/Cabinet Portrait/Tario". Back of mount is printed in brown ink: "Farmer Bros./City Palace of Artistic Photography/Dundas No.280 Street/London, Ont./King St. West NO. 10/Hamilton." Also on back of mount inscribed in black ink: "150764" and "W. T. von Knappe M.D./Shelbyville,/Shelby Co./Indiana." Found on 41st page of #83.81.47 photo album that belonged to Dr. William Trevitt Knapp, Shelbyville, IN.Collection
