Description

Wallet w/ red leather exterior, folds to close over 8 inner leaves of green, red-checked, purple cloth. Cloth edges are blanket stitched. Lower end of packet is a red leather pocket bound in white satin. In the pocket is a folded paper dated Feb, 1851 containing a lock of hair of Charles D. Shockley on the occasion of his death.
