White plate with a silver edge on in and outer edge of border. Border is 1-1/4" five sprays of gray leaves in border, small blue flowers and white star flowers all have yellow centers. Forget-Me-Not/JAPAN a flower with yellow center, blue petals and gray leaves is at left end of pattern name, gray leaf on right. Pattern name is printed in blue: Japan in gray.
