Description

Dress. Black crepe. Short sleeves with shoulder pads and cap effect. Has 6" zipper at back of neck and a 12" side zipper; made with a regular waistline. Skirt is full with three gores in the back, four decorative gores in front. Hem is done with ribbon binding; decorative binding at front neck with .25" binding. Has lined net and black sequin decorations in scrolls and rosettes with 32 large sequins on top.
