Black felt hat w/raised soft crown, straight sides; 2" brim turns down; grosgrain black ribbon is stitched w/light gold - 10 rows; ribbon is 1 1/2" wide; there is a 3" tail slightly off center front; the ribbon is attached at the point of the tail by a silver colored pin with teardrop and circular rhinestones
