Cloak with inverted pleat down back, 1 pleat on each side of inverted pleat, lined yoke. Lace, braid, and taffeta decorative shawl type collar with extended decoration down the front. Set on sleeves have 4" turn up cuff. Two inverted pleats on each front side. Fastened with 3 hook and eyes on the front yoke.
