Skirt made from black sheer material, back closes with a placket with 5 hooks and eyes, front panel has 2 small pleats on each side and trimmed with 6 satin buttons; 2 more pleats on each side; back has one pleat on each side; all pleats sewn down for 23", lower edge faced with 2.5" hem of chiffon.
