A: Dress, black silk crepe, yoke and braid trimming; open in back; covered buttons and loop closure; has a side zipper; normal waist line; front has peplum-type extension (2.5" at sides, 3.5" in center); skirt is 26" long with a center seam and 4 pleats at the center front; hem with dip; shoulder pad. B: Belt, 3/4" wide, self-covered belt.
