black polished tightly woven straw; low crown; brim is 1 1/4" in back and 2 1/2" in front; 1" wide black grosgrain ribbon surrounds crown and ties at back with 3" tails; a folded bow at the front wraps around the brim, half of bow is black and half is pink; a 3" black tail of rivvon lays up on the crown; black veil falls 8" from front brim and is gathered in back Special function: From Cecilia Bogeman's hat shop in Shelbyville
