Navy blue blouse; v-neck from the waist; no buttons; 1-1/8" tuck at the bust line; long sleeves; 7-1/2" cuff extends to point 10" from wrist; sleeve is pleated to back of cuff; underarm length 8-1/4" ;1" black elastic in hem of blouse, fastens with 2 hooks and eyes; sheer cotton lining; seam behind bust tuck is pinked.
