Description

Cream-colored muslin gathered on .75" waist band (22") with white button closing; total length 40"; lower 17" ruffle lined and 2.5" ruffle plain; lower edge of 17" ruffle has one .5" tuck above it and 5 tucks above and below a knitted lace insertion; 3" pointed knitted lace at the point on the bottom of top ruffle; machine sewing. Marks: Has "Helen Perkins" written in indelible ink on the waistband.
