"The Webbs had been in their family home on Beach Boulevard, at 2519, for quite some time [this] picture was taken in 1920. Sam Webb was the town's first clerk in 1910 and mayor in 1929-31, while his wife Abbie held the office of town treasure [sic] in the 1920s.
