It was one of several built in the immediate vicinity as soon as the streetcar was established and could handily bring building materials to the depot in the 2800 block. The house was owned by Robert and Eva Kuder, from New Jersey, whose daughter Bessie married Paul Camp and for many years ran the Boca Ciega Inn." (Gabber Newspaper, draft, 2009)
