In a unique way, this new institution dramatized its concept of community by asking each member of this community; student, faculty, staff, trustee, counselor, friend, to participate in Ground-breaking. Each has a shovel, gift of great liberal arts institutions in America, and gathered in the outline of the first building to be constructed, broke ground together.
