A black and white photograph of three people and a car. One of the men (Louis J. Boeri) is holding the door open while the other (Mayor Walter Williams) helps a woman (Mrs. Edna Christman) out of the car. The three are all dressed in 1890s attire. The car is parked outside of a large building, seemingly a grand home surrounded by palm trees.

Gay Nineties Festival started by Walt Williams Jan. 1948
THE CLOCK TURNS BACKWARD--No, this isn't an old picture resurrected from our files. It's Gulfport's Mayor Walter Williams assisting Mrs. Edna Christman from a vintage car with Chauffeur Louis J. Boeri respectfully holding the door. It's all for the sake of the Gay Nineties festival Gulfport will put on Jan 19 [1948]. A number of ancient autos are being entered in the event.
