This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol. At the request of the Honorable C.W. Bill Young, Member of Congress, this flag was flown for Mayor Michael Yakes in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the City of Gulfport, Florida, October 16, 2010.
