"We know it today as the Peninsula Inn, but it was called the Bay View Hotel when it was built in 1914. It became the Pipin' Hot Inn in 1934 and the Sunny Bay Manor between 1939 and 1944. In 1947 it was the Cedars Restorium and the Cedars Hospital in 1949. Now at 2937 Beach Boulevard, its first address was the northwest corner of Davis Boulevard and Bon Air."
