"... Paul and Bessie Camp, proprietors of the Boca Ciega Inn, and Mrs. Camp's father, Robert Kuder, a longtime Gulfport Resident. The Camps took over the Inn in 1932 and maintained it as an elegant resort for many years. Located on the site of today's Veterans' Park, it was demolished in 1974." (Gabber Newspaper, 2010)
