A younger man stands to the side and looks at the group. There are three other men and a small boy on a pier structure behind them. On the pier is a truck with a sign that reads "HIBBS FISH CO. WHOLE [?] RETAIL." The second Gulfport Casino is visible in the left background on Boca Ciega Bay.
