A black and white photograph of the first temporary Gulfport City Hall building with a sign attached to the front porch which reads, "CITY-HALL." The building was formerly a real estate office which was converted to work as city hall prior to the construction of the first city hall in 1913. The building is surrounded by a wire fence.
