"Taken from the top of the old water tank, located where the city hall complex now stands. This view looks eastward along 23rd Avenue toward 52nd Street. The circular driveway with the flagpole in the center was in front of city hall. Across the street, with the curved driveway, there was a little store selling candy and gas."
