Description

Charles W Pemberton was born in Marshall, TX on November 5, 1892. He attended Wiley College and Meharry Medical School. In 1926 he relocated to Houston where he became a medical doctor for 50 years. He is the chartering Polemarch for Houston Alumni Chapter in 1928 and our 3rd Southwestern Province Polemarch (1934-36).
