St Matthew (Matteo) early18th century, Spanish Robed figure with golden rod, Spanish writing in bottom right area including "Matteo" Oil on canvas attached to wood panel, approx 4 feet x 5 1/2 feet Wood panel reinforced on back and appears to be a door Possibly purchased during Hammond’s travels and collecting in the Caribbean 1920s. Reportedly from Mexico. Severely water damaged
