Description

1 of pair of Windsor side chairs, matching 3rd has arms Side chairs. With characteristic wheel-splat back constructed with hoop back of eight sticks and has shallow saddle seat. Not only were these the forerunners of American Windsor chairs, but they also continued to be made concurrent with American work. Only 6 slats in back. Seat possibly replaced.
