Description

15-16th c. Spanish Monastery Pew 1 of 2 pews/benches #2 - 3 joined seats, dowel back and front detail, plain arm rests. Purchased in 1934 by Hammond from Las Casas' Santo Domingo First Church University (monastery & cathedral overseen by Bartholomew Las Casas). (Fumigated with methyl bromide gas in October of 1983.)
