Description

Flagon with heart-shaped lid and gourd-shaped lines incorporating a large and distinctive chain hanging from the mouth down around the back. Small base and acorn-shaped lid handle. Markings on lid with ram's head thumb piece: see catalogue card. Seal says "LYON". Swiss, circa 18th century
