Underneath is an inscription Reportedly a calvary officer's sepulchral marker from the time of Trajan, found at Mt. Albano near Rome 1930 purchase from Pacifici TRANSCRIPTION D(is) M(anibus). To Flavius Mocianus, peerless knight of the first camp in the squadron of Messor. He served for twenty-two (years) (and) four months.
