TRANSLATION
Marcus Antonius Florentius Peruginus adorned (this) chapel dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and endowed (it) with a thousand costly gold coins for the construction of this building with the burden, for perpetual (and) future seasons, of the celebration by the priests, annually, of the fortunate leader Pope Pius X on the Kalends of May with eight wax tapers and (of the celebration) of the good memory of the Cardinal Alphonsus Carapha IV on the Kalends of September with six (wax tapers), and, in addition, of supplying the requisite decorations and whatever else, according to the season, pertains to the dedicated chapel.
