Abel Comstock was born on 4 September 1843, in Mercer, Pennsylvania, United States, his father, Robert Cummings Comstock, and his mother, Sarah McDowell. He married Rosamond Davis on 21 February 1864, in Wood, Ohio, United States. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 2 daughters. He lived in Plain Township, Wood, Ohio, United States in 1880 and Bowling Green, Wood, Ohio, United States for about 30 years. He registered for military service in 1932. He died on 17 December 1932, in Dayton, Montgomery, Ohio, United States, at the age of 89, and was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bowling Green, Wood, Ohio, United States.Photograph Details
