Isaac Cusac Civil War Papers

This historical document features a handwritten letter from the headquarters of the Ohio Volunteer Recruiting Service dated January 3, 1862, in Columbus, Ohio. It is titled "Special Orders No. 5" and states that Captain Isaac Cusac of the 21st Regiment will relieve Lieutenant William Baldwin of the 26th Regiment as the Commandant and Acting Quartermaster of Camp Columbus.
