Here is your questionnaire which I hope may help a little. Our schedule is not likely to send, as it is a program for each teacher and each grade.

As Harpeth Hall was soon to open in September 1951, Susan Souby sent questionnaires to several preparatory schools across the country, likely to see how other schools operated and to adopt various practices from each to incorporate into Harpeth Hall. It seems that in her original letter, Mrs. Souby requested a copy of the medical cards and schedules the schools used.Collection
