Letter from a Kentucky Ward-Belmont alumna who expresses her sadness at the news of Ward-Belmont's sale to the Baptists. She says she will rally alumnae in Lexington to get them to send in pledge cards to help the Alumnae Funds. She pledges to give $100 towards the fund. She attaches a letter she sent to Dr. Provine where she questions how the Baptists were able to acquire the school in the first place. In both letters, she shares her desire for Ward-Belmont to have asked the alumnae for help before the sale was made.Collection
