Part of a Ward-Belmont for Twentieth club members and the club’s by-laws. The Twentieth Century Club was a joined women’s league and an organized center for women’s work. It promoted science, literature, and art. Some of the by-laws included unexcused absence fines, respect for the president or person speaking, and housekeeping rules.
