According to Paul Joseph Harris, his father, Joseph Hastings Harris, did business with the Wright Cycle Company while he was attending Union Biblical Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. After extensive research by Paul Joseph Harris Jr. an entry was discovered on page 284 of a sales ledger for the shop showing the purchase of a #19 tire for $3.00 by J. H. Harris.
