Dear Cousin Patty,
Marie Lambert wrote me some time ago that you are interested in the Lambert genealogy and have extensive records and pictures. My grandfather, Dr. Oscar A. Lambert and your grandfather, Alva Lambert, were good friends as well as cousins. I sent Marie a 1931 letter from Alva to Oscar about a family reunion. I believe she showed it to you. I am trying to find out who A. E. Lambert was - and others mentioned in that letter. I believe they were of the Albert Lambert line but am not sure. As I am sur you know, Albert was a brother of Abner Jr. and both were sons of Abner and Winnifred Lambert.
I have many old pictures which I cannot identify and wonder if your old pictures are identified? Would you tell me what records you have and if you are willing we can exchange data. Can you identify the picture I sent to Marie?

Do you belong to the Lambert-Lamberth Family Association? I am getting ready to send the Albert Lambert records I have to the editor of their newsletter to be printed in the next issue. I would like to have the records as complete as possible so if you could help I really would appreciate it. Am enclosing a chart for you to add to or correct if you will. The Riecks worked on this line a long time. He has died and she asked me to help her on that line. She has complete records on the line of Albert Jr. (Lloyd's line).
My grandfather moved to Okla. in 1907, just before statehood, and unfortunately I have never known many of the Ohio and Ind Lamberts. My parents and sister are gone now and I have never had a first cousin. How I envy the ones of you who had such wonderful large families.
How is Marie? She was facing more surgery when I heard from her last. I have had to put genealogy aside for some time now and am just getting started again. Tell her I will write her soon.
